- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Stopped by this historic drug store to buy some stamps from the Post Office located in the back. It's like walking back in time to 1938 when this store was first built as the local drug store. There is a restaurant that serves an .88 cent breakfast. The shop is filled with colorful memorabilia including a life size statue of Betty Boop and lots of Coca Cola collectibles. Also in the store is a place to get fitted for shoes and medical apparatus. I've never seen anything like it. What a friendly and fun place to shop in the heart of historic Inverness, Florida.October 06, 2017by HereAndThereWith PatAndBob
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Will not be back. 10 minutes to get our drink order (got it wrong), 45 minutes to get our food (wrong and cold), and then no drink refills. Worst part: my son ordered a chocolate chip pancake and we stressed "no whip cream." It came with whipped cream and no chocolate chips. They took it in the back, scraped the whipped cream off, smothered it in chocolate chips, and then put it in the microwave instead of just making it right.May 15, 2017by Andrew Hallinan
